We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We strive to make the return process quick and easy for you.

Return Period:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any unwanted or unsuitable item.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Items in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.
  • Unused and unworn items.
  • Items that are not faulty or damaged.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that are personalized or made to order.
  • Downloadable products (e.g., ebooks, software).
  • Items outside the 14-day return window.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Drop-Shipped Products:

Since a majority of our products (60%) are fulfilled through drop shipping from trusted partners like eBay, AliExpress, and Amazon, our return process may differ slightly depending on the original supplier’s policy. We will do our best to facilitate a smooth return for you.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide Order Details: In your message, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with any specific return instructions based on the supplier’s policy.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your own peace of mind.
  • Important Note: For drop-shipped items, return addresses may differ from the Ventures.ng address. We will provide the specific return address for your item(s) with the RMA.

Refunds:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected (within a reasonable timeframe), a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
  • Drop-Shipped Products: For drop-shipped items, refunds may take slightly longer depending on the original supplier’s processing time. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Exchanges:

Ventures.ng does not currently offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
